The RESTELLA Scholarship Fund was established in loving memory of Luciler Mosely, whose original name was Lucille Restella Hamilton before she changed it. She was a woman of faith, wisdom, and quiet strength. Her life continues to inspire, and this scholarship carries her legacy forward by helping others answer the call of God.

Eligibility requirements
- Open to new applicants only (not applicable to current MWIPI students)
- A heart for God and a desire to grow in prophetic truth and purpose
- Willingness to complete the application and essay
- Must be available and committed to attend the program
